Contacting Nintendo

I’m not sure if this is allowed here, but I’m at a loss of what to do now, so I thought I would ask here for advice.

I have been trying to access my Nintendo account for over a year. I have contacted Nintendo Europe about 4 times pleading for them to help me access my account. (Which I lost when I added Google Authenticator to and I got a new phone and deleted Google Auth data, and lost the back up codes they gave me, at the time I had little knowledge of 2FA so that’s why I was so stupid).

Each time I have contacted them the ONLY option they have given me to prove my ownership is to name 3 games or apps I downloaded on my switch that I had over 2 years ago and barely used and kept for a couple months. I only remember the hard copy games I had. But each time they reply “sorry. You need to name 3 games or apps you downloaded on that switch” and it goes on REPEAT even when I explain my situation and provide tonnes of other info.

Baring in mind most of my money and time spent on my Nintendo account was on Animal Crossing Pocket Camp, the mobile game!! I spent so much money on it, and they give me no option to prove my ownership.

Has anyone ever experienced this? Does Nintendo have a telephone service so that I can speak to people via telephone and not email. It literally seems like they’re giving me automated replies each time and I’m honestly so frustrated now.

I am literally contacting them off the email my Nintendo account in question is linked to. Why isn’t there another way of recovering your account?! It’s honestly stupid.
