I really just don't understand why people have just been throwing a lot of hate and negativity towards some recent first party titles that just got announced, particularly Skyward Sword HD, Miitopia, Mario Golf: Super Rush, and the DP Remakes. Granted that for Skyward Sword HD and Miitopia, it's because of the price, and the DP Remakes, it's in terms of how the game looks, but I feel like people are just being way too harsh on those titles. I also don't understand why the announcements of "superb" games, such as Splatoon 3 and Pokémon Legends: Arceus, were not enough to calm their feelings down, granted they come out in 2022, but they still look very amazing nonetheless.
So what do you guys think? Do you think people are hating on the upcoming first party titles too much right now? What do you brutally honestly think about them? Do you think all of the massive, harsh criticism is kind of too much?
How do you guys think Etika would have felt if he knew that the upcoming first party titles that just got announced were massively hated on, everywhere?
Well, to be honest, I personally really liked the recent Direct because I kept my expectations low.
