I'm not sure where else to ask so here goes:
I needed a charger for my SP after the old one I had stopped working (this charger was a non-nintendo made charger). I found a replacement on amazon that appeared to be the same as the charger I used to use. I got it out of the packaging and found out two things. First off, the charger is really hard to plug in/pull out of the SP (similar to how my link cable, also non nintendo, is hard to push in and pull out). Secondly, the charger makes a high pitch tone when it is plugged in. Since it technically charges my SP, of course overlooking the above stated flaws, do I keep it or try to get a replacement? Some reviews online said it worked great so I don't know if this is par for the course or just a bad one. And is there any long term risk of damage from having to struggle a bit to get the charger/link cable in?
