This will dramatically change The Devil ending in Cybeprunk 2077 where you side with Arasaka and call Hanako to help you. In the Devil Ending you will help Takemura avenge the death of Saburo Arasaka. You will end up on a space station where doctors are doing an experimental operation on you, because you sustained serious head injuries. Then you can choose to join their medical program and have them archive your mind or return to earth but die from your injuries within months. If you do not rescue Takemura, then you will not be able to unlock all of the connected achievements and Trophies or get The Devils ending achievement.
