Edit: the problem has been solved
So my switch that I have had for just over a year now is stuck in a endless cycle where it will only go down, when I try to go up I will go up but slowly, I thought it was just one of my controllers but I then used the joy-cons and it was the exact same thing so I then came to the conclusion that I should try to get some help for this, so some help would be much appreciated (if I can help it)
