Legendary crafting recipes are very hard to find currently in Cyberpunk 2077 due to one of the many Cyberpunk 2077 bugs that exists in the game. The bug makes it so clothing shops and stores will not sell legendary clothing armor spec’s and recipes after you have spoken to them for the first time. Hopefully this will be patched in a future update for Cybeprunk 2077. There are a few work arounds in the meantime I suggest following my guides on how to get a full set of legendary armor for Nomad and corpo armor in Cyberpunk 2077.
