Ok, so first of all, I'm a die hard Nintendo platformer. My first 'stand in line for a video game' was when I was 7 for Super Mario Bros 3. I have beaten and completed every SMB platforming game up though Super Mario 64.
So I was super happy when Super Mario All Stars 3D released - I'm all over that!!
My 8 year old is in love with Super Mario 64, and I'm loving going back and playing through it.
But what is the deal with Super Mario Sunshine??? I never played it back on my GC, so I'm wondering if the controls were this bad back then, or if I'm missing like half the controls.
Mario has lost basically everything except his triple jump? Where's my long jump??? Why is Mario on ice EVERYWHERE?
You know the cave on the hill in Bianco Hills? I went in there with 15 lives. Just exited with 3. That is AFTER grabbing that one up maybe 4 times?!
Why are the controls on Super Mario 64 so much better than on Super Mario Sunshine?
