So I bought a new 3DS off this guy that was already jailbroken and has a load of pre installed games, Mario Maker is one of them, but since that's a server game online features don't work, I want to remove it off the records and buy it off the eshop, but it's saved as redownloadable game, and when I click redownload it gives an error message, assuming that because it was downloaded through jailbreak it's not legit, but now I can't just buy the game and have it work probably. Can anyone help?
