I have been using my Switch for the past year with no issues, today I tried playing SSBU and apparently I get a message that my account has been suspended. I can't access any of the games that I have purchased and I can't do anything to get it back. Can someone please help me?

I don't understand, I took a break for the past month and now my brother tried accessing the games and he told me after the update they told him to sing in with the user and pass, so I have him the info but when he signed in he got a message, I took a look and it says that the account have been suspended. I don't understand how did that happen? I spent lots of money on the games and many hours, now I can't access anything.
