Not sure if this is the right place to post this, but I'll put it here for the moment anyways. Hello friends! Recently I tried to login in to my Nintendo account on my switch to purchase a game and was confronted with a login screen. By which I mean it asked for my password to verify me as the account owner.
I didn't think much of it until I was unable to log in after exhausting every password I've ever used. So, I thought I could change it by going to forgot my password. This also turned out to be a fruitless endeavor as whenever I was prompted to enter my birthday of nickname it was said to be inaccurate. Obviously I'm not going to forget my own birthday and my nickname is available to be seen at all times on my switch so I don't know what I'm doing wrong.
If anyone has any advice on what I should do or needs clarification on the problem, I'm all too happy to help. Thanks in advance for any information regarding this issue.
