New Nintendo 3DS. This system is on the list because it's just a pointless upgrade. It only came out two years before the Nintendo Switch, so it had a short lifespan and small library of just four exclusive games. But it doesn't take value away from the Nintendo 3DS experience, so it gets a pass on that part.
Game Boy Micro. This system is on the list because it's the most pointless Game Boy system ever released. It only plays Game Boy Advance games when the Game Boy Advance SP allowed for original Game Boy and Game Boy Color games, and the Nintendo DS had its own extensive game library.
Nintendo DSi. This system is on the list because it's an even more pointless upgrade and it took away features that the Nintendo DS originally had. It couldn't play Game Boy Advance games or Nintendo DS games that worked with an accessory that used Slot 2, and its library of exclusive games that used its camera feature only had a whopping three titles. It did have an extensive library of digital downloadable games from its exclusive online store, but that service has been shut down for years now.
Virtual Boy. This system is on the list because of plainly obvious reasons. It's a pair of goggles on a stand with no head strap, and the games are in pure red and black graphics that strain your eyes. A small library of fourteen games that didn't even emulate virtual reality the way the system was supposed to is the nail that seals the coffin.
Pokemon Mini. This system is on the list because there's no conceivable reason for this thing to have ever been made at all. It had four games all released on the same day the system launched, and they were all Pokemon minigames, hence the system's name. It used original Game Boy hardware for a system that came out the same year as the Game Boy Advance and Nintendo GameCube, the latter of which had a Pokemon game that contained all of this system's games as a bonus minigame collection, which is what it should've been in the first place.
